Yu Qi, male, Han ethnicity, was born in November, 1982. He’s got a college degree and is a member of the Communist Party of China, and now Deputy District Mayor of the Yinzhou District People’s Government, a member of the Party Group of the Yinzhou District People’s Government, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director and Inspector General of the Yinzhou Sub-bureau of the Ningbo Municipal Public Security Bureau, and Deputy Secretary of the Committee of Political and Legislative Affairs, CPC Yinzhou District Committee.

Yu Qi, Deputy District Mayor, is responsible for the Yinzhou Sub-bureau of the Ningbo Municipal Public Security Bureau. Yu is responsible for contact with the Yinzhou Brigade, Traffic Police Bureau, Ningbo Municipal Public Security Bureau.
