Chen Qi, female, Han ethnicity, was born in November 1987. She is an on-the-job post-graduate, a member of the Communist Party of China, and now Deputy District Mayor of the Yinzhou District People’s Government and a member of the Party Group of the Yinzhou District People’s Government.

Chen Qi, Deputy District Mayor, is responsible for civil affairs, water conservancy, agriculture and rural affairs, rural revitalization, ecological environment, and “Five Water Treatment” and so on. Chen is in charge of the Yinzhou District Civil Affairs Bureau, the Yinzhou District Water Conservancy Bureau, the Yinzhou District Agriculture and Rural Affairs Bureau (the Yinzhou District Fisheries Bureau, the Yinzhou District Rural Revitalization Bureau), and the Yinzhou District Office for “Five Water Treatment”. She is responsible for contact with the Ningbo Agricultural Commercial Development Group, the Ningbo Water Affairs and Environment Group, the Yinzhou District Disabled Persons’ Federation, the Yinzhou District Charity Federation, the Yinzhou District Supply and Marketing Cooperative, the Yinzhou District Research Association for Construction of Charming Rural Villages, the Yinzhou District Elderly Care Committee, the Yinzhou District Sub-bureau of Ningbo Bureau of Ecology and Environment, and the Yinzhou District Meteorological Administration.
